From artwork to format
Our team supports artwork, materials, colours and finishes. Automatic plate mounting and registration and impression presets prepare each job before printing. Compared with our previous process, this prepress workflow reduces start-up waste by 80% and makes job changes more efficient.
Rotogravure and flexographic printing
Alongside rotogravure, our eight-colour flexographic line uses water-based inks and handles web widths up to 1,300 mm. The two processes complement each other: we choose the best fit for the artwork, substrate, format and run length. We confirm feasibility for every project before production.
